How do I determine the right size for my athletic apparel?
We provide a comprehensive size guide on every product page. Since sports gear requires a precise fit for performance, we recommend measuring your chest, waist, and hips and comparing them to our chart. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a relaxed fit or sizing down for compression.
What is PEAK's return policy for worn sports gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, undergarments and swimwear cannot be returned. If you believe your gear has a manufacturing defect after use, please contact our warranty team.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your gear ready for an upcoming competition or event. Tracking information is emailed as soon as the package leaves our warehouse.
Does PEAK gear come with a performance warranty?
Yes, all PEAK products are covered by a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers issues like seam failure or material delamination but does not cover normal wear and tear from high-intensity training.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options through Klarna and Afterpay for orders over $50.
How should I care for my high-performance fabrics?
To maintain moisture-wicking properties and elasticity, we recommend washing your gear in cold water with similar colors and hanging it to dry. Avoid using fabric softeners or bleach, as these can break down technical fibers over time.
